Not always. Many insurance companies covering auto accidents allow you to begin therapy without a referral. However, we recommend checking with your insurance provider. If you do have a referral, please bring it with you to your first appointment.

Your first session will last approximately one hour. Your therapist will perform a detailed evaluation focusing on accident-related injuries such as whiplash, back pain, or joint sprains. Based on your symptoms, a customized treatment plan will be created, and initial therapies may begin right away.

Please bring your identification, your auto insurance and/or health insurance details, any medical referral, accident-related documentation (such as claim information), and a list of medications you are taking. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.
